Service Club Ball. The black-tie Service Club Ball is the highlight of the year. Each year's Ball has a different theme, but there is one thing they all have in common: Everybody has a good time. A Day on the Terrace. A Day on the Terrace has become a Chicago tradition, boasting a sold-out audience of women and men. The annual summer event includes lunch, a fashion show, and raffle drawing. The fashion show showcases some of the most prestigious retailers in Chicago. The lovely models are all members of the Service Club. Local celebrities join the catwalk every year.

Philanthropic Committee. The Philanthropic Committee meets each week, February through May, to review philanthropic Grant applications and interview applicants. Grants are announced at an Awards Reception in June. Click here to view a list of the most recent Grant recipients.
